Have you had your questions answered and now you're looking to sign up?
If you still have any questions please feel free to visit the Government of Canada's Cadet website, or ask us any questions you may have.
The sign up process is as follows:
1. Click here to be taken to the online registration tool.
2. Enter the Corps number of your choice; our corps number is 2136. Also enter your email at the bottom.
3. Now you will receive an email that leads you to a website with a fillable form that is accessible for 2 hours.
4. Fill out the forms as required. Here is an example of a blank, printable, but not fillable form if you are having issues with the web-based registration.
4.1 IF in Section 3 - Health Questionnaire you answered YES to ANY of the questions you will be required to fill out one or more form(s) that expand upon your answers. First is the Detailed Health Questionnaire. Then if the cadet has anaphylaxis risks, or food sensitivity those also have their own forms. Before your cadet can participate in any activities our medical personnel have to review these forms to ensure we are prepared to be responsible for your cadet's safety.

IF in Section 3 - Health Questionnaire you answered NO to ALL of the questions, ignore this step.

5. Come on down to any of our Thursday Night Training Sessions with copies of your forms, and all required pieces of identification and personal information. This will complete the enrollment process!
